These terms govern use of ConvertDesk, operated by Filip Savic, Serbia. Contact: support@convertdesk.app.

Software license

ConvertDesk is licensed, not sold. The applicable Free, Pro or Business plan determines enabled features, limits and commercial-use rights. You may not misuse license services or distribute proprietary ConvertDesk components except where law or an applicable third-party license permits it.

User responsibility

You must have the rights required to process your files. File conversion can be lossy, incomplete or unsupported. Verify converted output before relying on it and retain independent backups of important source files.

Plans, payment and renewal

Prices, billing periods, included features, taxes and renewal terms are shown before checkout. Subscription plans renew until cancelled through the payment-provider customer portal. One-time plans do not renew. Checkout-specific terms displayed before payment form part of the purchase.

Third-party and open-source software

ConvertDesk includes third-party and open-source components under their respective licenses. Nothing in these terms limits rights granted by those licenses. See the open-source notices.

Availability and liability

No guarantee is made that every file or conversion route will work in every environment. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited as allowed by law. Mandatory consumer, privacy and software-law rights remain unaffected.

Changes

Material changes will be reflected by updating this page and its effective date. Terms applicable to a completed purchase are not retroactively reduced where prohibited by law.
