Local conversion

Files selected for ordinary conversion are processed locally on the user’s Windows computer and are not uploaded to ConvertDesk servers by the core conversion workflow.

Local application data

The application may store settings, presets, history, logs, session recovery information and license state in local application-data folders. Users control their source and output files and should maintain independent backups.

Website and support

Hosting and security providers may process ordinary technical data such as IP address, request time, browser information and security events. If you contact support, we process the information you provide to answer the request and maintain necessary records.

Payments and licensing

When paid checkout becomes available, the disclosed payment provider will process payment, tax, fraud-prevention and transaction data under its own privacy notice. License activation may process a license key, application version, activation identifier and device-derived identifier required to provide the licensed service.

Retention and rights

Support and licensing records are retained only as reasonably necessary for service, security, accounting and legal obligations. Applicable access, correction, deletion, objection and other data-protection rights remain unaffected. Contact us to make a request.
