ConvertDesk Full Access is a $2.39 one-time license for one Windows PC. It is not a subscription and has no recurring charge.

The license is for use of ConvertDesk, not ownership of its source code, brand, design or bundled intellectual property. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse engineer for redistribution, or present ConvertDesk or a modified copy as your own product, except where applicable law expressly permits.

Activation and reasonable technical checks are used to keep a one-PC license associated with that PC. A license may be suspended for payment reversal, fraud or material misuse. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Third-party tools included with ConvertDesk remain subject to their respective licenses, which are provided with the application.
