Your files stay on your PC.

ConvertDesk processes conversion inputs and outputs locally. ConvertDesk does not upload your working files to its licensing service.

To provide activation, restore access after reinstall and prevent simple reset or copying, the app sends a pseudonymous device identifier, activation state, app version and anti-abuse usage counters to the ConvertDesk license service. These records do not contain the files you convert.

Paddle processes checkout and payment information. AppLab does not store your payment-card details. Paddle and the hosting providers process limited technical data under their own privacy terms.
