How to request help
Contact support@convertdesk.app or use the support link shown on your receipt. Include the order email and transaction reference, but never send full card details.
Provider processing
Purchases will be processed by the payment provider identified at checkout. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method in accordance with the provider’s processing times.
Delivery or activation failure
If paid access cannot be delivered or activated because of a verified ConvertDesk service failure, we will provide an appropriate remedy, replacement access or refund as required by the checkout terms and applicable law.
Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits mandatory withdrawal, conformity, refund or other consumer rights under applicable law. Any consent concerning immediate supply of digital content and its effect on withdrawal rights will be presented separately before payment where legally required.
